Return Policy

Build Your Bundle sales are “as is” and non-refundable. There are no substitutions or exchanges for any bundle or product that is purchased. All items are digital goods.

Use License

Permission is granted to download and print the materials purchased on the Build Your Bundle website for personal, non-commercial use only. You may print copies for your IMMEDIATE FAMILY’S use only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• modify or copy the materials;
• use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
• remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or
• transfer the materials to another person or “mirror” the materials on any other server.
• This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Build Your Bundle at any time.

Publishers reserve the right to proceed with legal action in the event of any copyright violation.

Payment

All payments are due upon receipt. If a payment is not received or payment method is declined, the buyer forfeits the ownership of any items purchased. If no payment is received, download links will not be made available. Payment in the form of PayPal or major Debit/Credit cards will be accepted. Personal checks (except through PayPal), bank checks, or cash will not be accepted.

Delivery of Purchased Materials

All materials sold through the Build Your Bundle website are digital. All items will be available immediately after purchase ,except when purchasing a subscription service and/or a premium product that requires account set-up. Downloads are available for 180 days after the date of purchase with 3 download attempts per download link. The download links will be found on the order confirmation page and by logging into your Build Your Bundle account.

Purchase of Membership Site

We offer you the opportunity to purchase a membership account on various website either through an individual, pre-assembled bundle or as a stand-alone product. Upon purchase, the publisher has 5 business days to create your account and email you the login information and any other applicable terms to the said membership site. Build Your Bundle is not responsible if the publisher does not send the information in the specified time frame and will do everything in its power to contact the publisher to have the situation resolved. If you have not received your account information within 5 business days of purchase, please contact us so we can assist in resolution.

Cancellation

An item may be cancelled up until payment has been processed. Once payment has been processed, the buyer is responsible for payment.

Complaints

Please send any concerns or complaints to service@buildyourbundle.com. There is no guarantee of a resolution. Each case will be looked at individually. In some instances the complaint or concern may not necessary involve Build Your Bundle. If such case arises, customer will be directed to the proper department or person.

Disclaimer

The materials on Build Your Bundle’s website are provided “as is.” Build Your Bundle makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. Limitations
